It is 2 kilometers far from the center of Kovin, far from city noise. It was built 1957 on the Danube River bank. At the beginning it was used for preparing food for public firms and then some facilities was added and it became a hotel. It is surrounded with a lot of greenness what makes it pleasant for stay.

The hotel is consisted of three suites, fifty-eight double-bedded and fifty-four single-bedded rooms , a restaurant with 350 seating places, a breakfast room with 200 seating places, a car park, a garage, a bowling alley, a banquet hall with forty seating places, a TV room, a casino and an open-air bar.
