The hotel is located in the center of Novi Sad. It was built in 1854 and it is the oldest hotel in the city. The first name of the hotel was Queen Jeliseveta, then Queen Maria and present name was given after the Second World War. It is three kilometers far from the Novi Sad fair.

The hotel contains fifty-nine rooms , two conference halls with fifteen and 150 seating places, two restaurants, a car park, a cocktail bar, a laundry room, a safe and a shopping mal.
